there is a persistent cop around the corner of hawkins and montana in el paso that drives angrily, badly, bent on stopping people in the area. he/she continues this behavior south on hawkins. he turned behind me on hawkins after just stopping somebody and makes a quick turn into a residential area, and even though I’m going 35mph the whole time, he beats me back onto hawkins coming from this residential area full of children back onto hawkins, he must have been going over 40, and doesn’t even stop at the stop sign, he juts out onto hawkins right in front of me, I have to turn leftward to avoid him! all this without lights again. I also can’t help noticing that all this activity is in a tight circle around that disgusting homeland security building. I might make a federal inquiry to see what’s going on.
